Email: arnaud.le-troter@univ-amu.frPhone: 491324007Function: IR, CNRSGrade: ITAOffice: 1.02In 2006, I obtained my PhD thesis entitled “Image and model registration: application to 3D reconstruction of sports videos” from the Laboratoire d’Ingénierie des Systèmes et de l’Information (LSIS lab) at the University of Aix-Marseille. Since my PhD, with 20 years’ experience in scientific data processing and analysis, I have been developing my field of expertise around the registration and segmentation of multimodal medical images.
Since my recruitment by the CNRS and my first assignment to the CRMBM (in 2012), then to the INT (in 2023), I have been involved in the implementation of specific tools for the analysis of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data, as well as in the optimization and validation of the methods needed to develop the dedicated post-processing pipelines.
- Methods and tools for Neuroinformatics
- Multi-modal image registration at different spatial and temporal scales for Microscopy imaging and MRI
- Multi-atlas based, deep-learning-based segmentation
- Group studies for morphometric analysis, structural connectivity
I teach in the TSI master’s program (signal and image processing, load> 50HTD/year) in which I regularly supervise and train students. I lead working groups around collaborative software development (member of REMI, Réseau d’Entraide Multicentrique en IRM, member and co-organizer of Brainhack-Marseille 2022/2023).
