DETAILED ACTIVITIES :

I am a CNRS research director in the MeCA team (Methods and Computational Anatomy). My research focuses on cortical organization and variability, as well as the link between cortical folding and white matter. Our research projects aim to propose models of cortical sulcus organization, to characterize the local morphology of these sulci, or to specifically characterize the link between the cortical objects called ‘pli-de-passages’ and the underlying short-range connectivity in the superficial white matter. Part of these questions is addressed through the prism of development, particularly before birth and during the second half of pregnancy, a period during which most of the cortical folding is established.
