CRISE

IT and Scientific Computing

The CRISE is the INT core facility dedicated to Information Technology and Scientific Computing. Its main missions are:

  • administer all the computing equipments of the INT (servers, network equipment etc.)
  • ensure high availability and security of the information system and the computing infrastructure
  • perform IT stock management, from desktop computers to data acquisition hardware;
  • operate the Computing Centre for Neuroscience (512 cores compute cluster, 210TB storage facility and associated software)
  • design new algorithms and software for data processing in neuroscience (image and signal processing, machine learning)
